Job Description

Working under a Site Manager and in conjunction with the Project Manager and Project Engineer, on fabrication and installation of sprinkler pipe work projects. The duties involve:

• Keeping records of installation progress and monitor against program of works
• Fabrication and installation of sprinkler pipe work
• Keep up to date site records, including site diary
• Read drawing and ensure work is in accordance with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] designs and quality expectations and procedures
• Maintain compliance on site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments
• Assist with testing and commissioning
• Supervising and assisting mates and or trainees

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of Construction sites
• Understanding of Sprinkler installations, with previous experience in Fire Sprinkler Installations
• Works well in a team
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS (Preferred not essential)
• Sprinkler NVQ Level 2 (Preferred not essential)
