FULL DESCRIPTION

Quantity Surveyor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the busy Commercial Team of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group, based in London. This is a full-time, on-site role with a closing date of 29 May 2026.

Duties

  • Provide commercial assistance to the project teams
  • Tender stage terms and conditions review
  • Monthly progress valuations of projects
  • Timely and accurate variations submissions
  • Attention to site progress and any delay events
  • Mentoring of junior team members
  • Attending site visits and client meetings

Candidate Skill Requirements

  • Previous experience within fire protection sector is preferred or if not construction services industry is required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Full clean driving licence
