Relief Security Officer

Job Overview

Location: South Yorkshire - Covering Doncaster, Rotherham, Mexborough, Thorne, Retford, Dinnington, Maltby and Hemsworth. Flexibility to travel required.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] staff, visitors, and property.
• Patrol the premises regularly to identify potential security threats.
• Respond effectively to emergencies or suspicious situations.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service and assist staff and visitors in any security-related matter.
• Conduct routine security checks and submit incident reports as appropriate.

Security and Health & Safety

• Look out for, and immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards.
• Stay alert to threats and take appropriate action.
• Maintain professional conduct in difficult situations.
• Complete accurate incident reports.
• Keep to schedules and demonstrate commitment to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and the Client.
• Call emergency services and Communication Centre to report all incidents.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Security Experience
• Licence required - DS Licence Preferred
• Full UK driving licence required.
