Detention Custody Officer - HIRC

About the Role

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of security and safety while promoting welfare and decency of residents.
Who We're Looking For
- People skills, patience, resilience, and professionalism
- Communication skills to support colleagues and residents
- Eligibility to obtain CTC clearance (valid UK passport or EU passport with Share Code, or ILR from Commonwealth country)
- No criminal convictions or ongoing police investigations
- Experience dealing with agitated, confused or angry individuals is an advantage
Training
Initial Training Course (ITC): 5-week paid course upon successful CTC clearance. Training is full pay from day one.
