Retail Elite Security Officer

Job Overview

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers. You must hold a current SIA licence. It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history.

Main Duties

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime
