Senior Supervisor (Cleaning Manager)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and manage rotas, attendance, and sickness records
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure cleaning standards are consistently high
- Manage planned and reactive cleaning tasks
- Maintain safe, clean, and well‑kept facilities
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
- Handle customer needs professionally
- Attend meetings and produce reports
- Update policies and procedures
- Adhere to health and safety requirements

What They're Looking For

Essential Requirements
- Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check
- Participate in random drug and alcohol testing
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Physically fit for active role
