FULL DESCRIPTION

This entry-level role involves telecom site maintenance and decommissioning across the UK. Based in Glasgow, with attendance at Rutherglen office on Mondays and Fridays. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintenance and decommissioning of telecom sites, carrying out tower‑based and ground‑based tasks
  • Undertake regular climbing and working at height activities in line with safe systems of work
  • Ensure strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Maintain clear, accurate and timely records
  • Keep up to date with industry and technical standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues

  • Outgoing individual who enjoys working outdoors
  • Comfortable working at height with a good head for heights
  • Background in manual work or a trade is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively
  • Open, approachable, flexible and responsive attitude
  • Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork
  • Full UK Driving License
