Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
- Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
- Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
- Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
- Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.

- Experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Job Description: Building Assistant (Office Environment)
The Building Assistant supports the smooth and safe operation of the office environment by assisting with facilities coordination, room setups, security checks, contractor access, and compliance logging.
- Facilities & Building Support: Conduct routine visual checks, monitor meeting rooms, support office moves.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Carry out weekly fire alarm testing, ensure escape routes clear, place safety signage.
- Security & Access Management: Assist with unlocking/locking office, conduct security checks, support reception.
- Logistics & Office Operations: Set up meeting rooms, assist with parcel handling, monitor stock levels.
- Contractor Liaison & Compliance: Escort contractors, update logbooks, compliance documentation.
- Staff Support & Customer Service: Respond to office requests, carry out site inductions, allocate car parking.
