ROLE: Key Account Manager

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

LOCATION: Regional Recruitment - Oxford / Southampton: Mobile position, travelling to client sites

We're seeking a motivated and Customer centric Key Account Manager to join our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Landscapes sector, to ensure that we deliver exceptional results every day to our clients.

You will visit client sites across the Oxford area to ensure high standards of service delivery. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, carrying out service quality audits, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your designated clients, delivering a responsive, professional, and customer-focused service,
  • Manage and develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams,
  • Ensure service delivery consistently meets agreed KPIs and SLAs,
  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with company policies and procedures, including HR, QHSE, and compliance,
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations,
  • Support contract continuity and longevity through excellent service delivery and proactive engagement,

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience within a field based account management position,
  • Can demonstrate a passion for developing relationships internally and externally,
  • Strong communication and people management skills,
  • Willing to travel throughout your region for client/ site visits,
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail,
