Role Overview

We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Type: Part time
  • Hours: 5 hours per week (1 hour per day - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday / early PM or late PM cleans)
  • Pay: £13.45 per hour
  • Location: Lloyds Banking Group, Market Place, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, England, DE7 8GS

Note: Candidates must have proven experience in retail or commercial cleaning, and must be able to successfully pass Right to Work checks in accordance with legal requirements. Additionally, the ability to clear enhanced DBS checks is mandatory for this role.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
  • Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
  • Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
