Service Engineer

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance services on water treatment systems.
  • Diagnose, fault‑find, and rectify breakdown issues efficiently.
  • Undertake installation and refurbishment works on treatment plant.
  • Perform commissioning activities and provide on‑site training to plant operators.
  • Conduct manufacture and assembly work to meet internal and customer requirements.
  • Complete goods‑inward inspections for equipment arriving on site.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong professional relationships with Sterling Hydrotech clients and customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain high service standards at all times.
  • Capability to undertake service functions across all Sterling Hydrotech water treatment systems.
  • Strong communication and customer‑facing skills to promote company products and services.
