Mobile Plumber
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a motivated Mobile Plumber to join their engineering team in London.

Role Responsibilities
- Undertake inspection, maintenance and repair across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
- Carry out pipework inspections, adaptations and repairs for associated equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs.
- Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services in line with SFG20 requirements and relevant Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).
- Provide an excellent level of service to the client by answering queries, reporting defects and keeping stakeholders informed of site activities.
- Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and records of remedial works, in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating, or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent recognised technical qualification)
- Proven experience working within a Facilities Maintenance / Building Services environment
- Demonstrable experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of: small hot water vessels, sanitaryware including taps and associated pipework, Saniflo systems and similar pumped drainage solutions, general plumbing remedial works and fault finding
- Working knowledge of ACoP L8 and water hygiene compliance requirements.
