Job Overview

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes. Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract. To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Main Duties

• Operations: Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements; complete tasks as per Assignment Instructions; review and suggest improvements; obtain SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence; comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
• Training: Complete required competency training; undertake additional training for continuous development; renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Security and Health & Safety: Report H&S hazards; stay alert to threats; maintain professional conduct; complete accurate incident reports; carry out check calls; call emergency services and Communication Centre when needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• SC Clearance desirable
