About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

You should be capable of ensuring the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and where possible to look for opportunities to develop this further. You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You will be capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate. You will be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. You must have ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and must strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

Requirements
