Cleaning Supervisor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to deliver excellent service standards at Trinity Leeds. This is a permanent, full-time position with a rate of pay of £14.20 per hour. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a large team, documenting attendance records & investigations
- Manage Rotas to cover Holidays & Sickness
- Delivering Risk Assessments & COSHH Training
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning Supervisor experience is essential
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
- Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
