Security Officer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Security Officer to protect customer property, people, and assets in Glasgow and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers £13.00 per hour and requires an SIA license, previous security experience, and SC clearance desirable.

Job Overview

  • Protect customer property, people and/or assets in accordance with site Assignment Instructions.
  • Deliver results meeting Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement.
  • Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.

Main Duties

  • Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all tasks defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
  • Proactively review AI's and suggest improvements.
  • Obtain and maintain SIA front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS licence.
  • Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
  • Work systematically and orderly.
