Moves Operative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Moves Operative in Ware. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibilities including monitoring third-party suppliers, driving a Luton van, processing customer requests, and performing plant room cleaning. Full UK driving licence required.

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of customers' third‑party suppliers and report any service issues.
  • On occasion, drive a Luton van across the local site.
  • Work with the management team and clients to ensure the best possible service and resolve any concerns.
  • Register and process customer requests using multiple IT‑based systems.
  • Perform plant room cleaning duties to standards and frequencies that meet client expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software.
