Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Ipswich (Anglia region: CB, IP, NR, SG & CO) | Employment Type: Full-time | Salary: £42,757 basic + £2,543 on-call allowance

Role Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs
Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal safety standards
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in an on-call rota as required

Required Qualifications

Current, valid F-Gas Certificate (mandatory)
10+ years' experience in commercial refrigeration, specifically restaurants/hospitality
Strong understanding of foodservice/retail refrigeration systems
Full UK driving licence
Professional, reliable, capable of high performance during peak periods
