FULL DESCRIPTION

Water Technician - Level 3

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Water Technician – Level 3 to support water hygiene services across client sites. This is a full-time position based in London & Home Counties. The role involves water hygiene tasks, system testing, and acting as lead technician.

Role Responsibilities

  • Complete Water Hygiene tasks to company standards.
  • Manage optimum service delivery for customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with method statements and cardinal rules of WCS Group.
  • Complete allocated jobs within agreed timescales.
  • Complete documentation accurately and submit electronically in live time.
  • Normally act as lead technician or ‘responsible person’ when working in a team.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with client representatives.
  • Train less experienced technicians/engineers.
  • Have skills in either technical service (closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower checks, water treatment) or plumbing & water treatment remedial skills, or acid descaling.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience and competency in Water Hygiene tasks at Levels 1, 2, and 3.
  • Ability to work to method statements, procedures and safety rules.
  • Ability to act as lead technician/responsible person.
