We're looking for a Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements, supervising all the cleaning team and adhering to cleaning schedules. This vacancy requires full police vetting, which can take up 12 weeks prior to start date.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is required
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
