Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and dependable Mobile Security Officer to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of a site in Immingham. This position is critical to maintaining consistent security and operational standards. It requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Respond promptly and accurately to any incidents, ensuring detailed reporting and swift action to address any security concerns.
  • Site Patrols: Conduct regular patrols across designated areas of the site, maintaining heightened security awareness and ensuring compliance with required Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Communication: Establish effective communication with site personnel, clients, or visitors, ensuring smooth interactions in both routine and emergency situations.

Key Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be aged 21 or over due to insurance purposes.
  • Full Clean UK Manual Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is essential to fulfil the mobile element of the role, with at least one year of practical driving experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional observational skills and the ability to identify irregularities accurately and act upon them effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with interpersonal skills to interact professionally in various settings.
  • Adaptability: Must possess a flexible attitude and be willing to adjust to the evolving operational requirements and challenges of the role.

Main Duties and What We Are Looking For

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services. Previous Security Experience, SIA License, SC Clearance desirable.
