Finance Director - Retail & Mobile

Based in London with hybrid working, this full-time director-level role offers a chance to shape strategy and drive digital transformation.

The Role

This role is fundamentally about value creation. As Finance Director, you will lead financial performance across the Retail & Mobile portfolio, working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to translate strategy into robust financial plans, forecasts and decisions.

  • Driving revenue growth, margin improvement and contract profitability, including turnaround of low margin work
  • Providing forward looking insight through high‑quality analysis, modelling and scenario planning
  • Strengthening working capital, cash performance and governance
  • Acting as a trusted strategic partner to operational, commercial and business development teams
  • Championing digital transformation through automation, data excellence and AI
  • Building and leading a high‑performing finance team

What You'll Bring

You'll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant commercial experience in complex, fast‑paced environments.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving profitability
  • Strong analysis, modelling and financial storytelling skills
  • Experience leading and developing high‑performing finance teams
  • Passion for digital transformation and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Confidence to operate effectively in a matrix environment
