We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard in allocated areas
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in line with COSHH guidelines
  • Maintain equipment, report faults, and ensure safe storage
  • Follow strict hygiene, contamination control, and waste management procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, GMP/GxP standards, and company procedures including MyLearning
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cleaning stores
  • Report hazards, incidents, and near misses
  • Support team with flexible cover when required
  • Follow instructions from Team Leader/Management
  • Complete logs and documentation accurately
  • Maintain highest cleanliness standards in controlled environments
  • Adhere to SOPs and contamination control practices
  • Ensure full compliance with PPE and documentation
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues immediately

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
