Grounds Maintenance Operative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to deliver excellent service standards. Location: Glasgow (Rutherglen) – 35 Duchess Road
Employment: Full time, 40 hrs p/w
Pay: £13.45 per hour

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
  • Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
  • Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
  • Report site hazards and relevant information to management
  • Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology
  • Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
  • PA1 & PA6 spraying license is a plus
  • Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
