  • Be flexible to stay away from home occasionally, with accommodation and expenses covered

Who We're Looking For

In addition to the core qualities expected of a professional field-based engineer — including reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude — the successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Background in a maintenance, facilities, construction, electrical, mechanical, or engineering environment, with experience using tools and attending site visits
  • Comfortable working in live environments and following site rules, permits, and safety procedures

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail when assisting with installations, servicing, and inspections
  • Takes pride in completing work to a high standard and following procedures correctly
  • Brings a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn a new technical skillset
  • Works in a structured and methodical manner, able to follow instructions and technical guidance
  • Capable of managing workload effectively, including travelling between sites and meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Confident and professional when dealing with customers, concierge teams, and site management
  • Able to work both independently (once trained) and as part of a supportive engineering team
  • Uses initiative and common sense when solving problems or escalating issues appropriately
