Asbestos Surveyor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring an [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] for a mobile role covering the West Midlands. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Client: Tersus part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Company.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in line with HSG264 and company procedures.
- Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited laboratories.
- Produce accurate asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
- Build and maintain client relationships, offering specialist advice when required.
- Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Commitment to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
