Role Overview

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], our people are our greatest strength. We're looking for an Engineering Supervisor to provide technical leadership and operational oversight within the engineering team at one of the busiest airports in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure engineers have the resources, information, and support they need to work efficiently.
  • Conduct Livesafe walk‑rounds, recording hazard spots and near misses via the Livesafe app, and log visits on Power BI.
  • Complete weekly walk‑rounds with the client, identifying and raising faults or issues.
  • Deliver monthly face‑to‑face toolbox talks, ensuring full team attendance.
  • Proactively review Power BI dashboards to identify upcoming risks and prevent KPI failures.
  • Work closely with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong working relationships.

Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering qualifications in electrical or mechanical bias (City & Guilds / NVQ L3 / HND / OND or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional ability to convey written and oral information clearly and effectively.
