Mobile Fabric Engineer (Night Shift)

The role involves building fabric maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor mechanical/electrical repairs. Requires experience in facilities management or trade background. Role Responsibilities
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
- Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or building services
- Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
