We're looking for an Facilities Coordinator (Part Time) to join our Facilities Management team at the newly opened Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre, supporting the delivery of an efficient, professional and customer-focused service on site.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] helpdesk, managing phone calls, emails and walk-in queries professionally and efficiently
  • Log jobs accurately on the system, monitor progress against SLAs and ensure timely input and output of all helpdesk data
  • Raise and send quotes to clients for approval and allocate works to engineers, ensuring workloads are effectively managed
  • Support site operations by producing reprographics and printing requests, including materials for on-site training
  • Ensure all activities are delivered in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies, processes and contractual obligations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Facilities Management or Administration.
  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to remain professional under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with a high standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Discretion and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
