Facilities Coordinator

Role Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] helpdesk, managing phone calls, emails and walk-in queries professionally and efficiently
- Log jobs accurately on the system, monitor progress against SLAs and ensure timely input and output of all helpdesk data
- Raise and send quotes to clients for approval and allocate works to engineers, ensuring workloads are effectively managed
- Support site operations by producing reprographics and printing requests, including materials for on-site training
- Ensure all activities are delivered in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies, processes and contractual obligations
What we're looking for
- Experience within Facilities Management or Administration
- Strong customer service experience with the ability to remain professional under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with a high standard of literacy and numeracy
- Discretion and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
