Mobile HVAC Engineer

Role Responsibilities
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of mechanical installations across the site.
- Maintain ventilation systems including air handling units (AHUs) and intake/extract systems.
- Maintain heating and cooling systems, including thermal wheels and fan coil units (FCUs).
- Work on water systems such as booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.
- Undertake both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, from basic plumbing to statutory compliance tasks like legionella monitoring.
- Respond to client queries, identify and report defects, and provide clear updates.
- Ensure all inspections, remedial works, and service activities are accurately recorded.
- Work safely at height, in confined spaces, and handle manual tasks in line with safe working practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
- Relevant mechanical qualifications: F-Gas, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 5, or HNC (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Competent in using a mobile device for reporting and record keeping.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
