Job Overview
We are currently looking to recruit experienced Commercial Plumbers to take on a Legionella Remedial Plumber position within our Mobile Division in South London. In this role, you will carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks. This is to work across a wide range of client sites and meet their agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual.
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced Commercial Plumbers within the FM sector
- Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable
- Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package
- Ability to work under pressure, managing and working to deadlines
- NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement
Main Duties
- Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8
- Be an ambassador for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] whilst visiting customer sites
- Maintain customers' water safe logbooks in line with L8 and company guidelines
- Take water samples from multiple sector properties and document them
- Complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner
- Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with L8
