Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Security Officer to safeguard our client's people, property, and critical assets. The role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, safety, and continuity of operations while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and corporate standards. The successful candidate will consistently deliver service excellence and understand their purpose and care about the assets the role is protecting, including the client's reputation and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance over the work environment to identify potential threats, disruptions, or breaches.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, escalating to appropriate authorities or teams as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, supporting robust governance and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate composure and professionalism when handling challenging situations, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and data.
• Adhere to scheduled check-ins and communication protocols to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• Live within 30 minutes of Norwich
• Full UK driving licence
• Over the age of 21
• Own vehicle to commute to and from work
• Ability to work both day and night shifts Monday-Sunday
• Availability to cover annual leave and last minute blow outs
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods, patrolling internal and external of a large multi-storey building
