Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Boots in Shrewsbury. In this role you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all required training and work within a team, delivering excellent customer service and seeking continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Understand and follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely following Health and Safety guidelines.
• Undertake all required training.
• Work within a team and use own initiative.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
