Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Security Officer to safeguard our client's people, property, and critical assets. The role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, safety, and continuity of operations while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance over the work environment to identify potential threats, disruptions, or breaches.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, escalating to appropriate authorities or teams as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, supporting robust governance and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate composure and professionalism when handling challenging situations, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and data.
• Adhere to scheduled check-ins and communication protocols to maintain operational integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute duties with diligence and professionalism, adhering to Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Monitor operational processes and proactively suggest improvements.
• Adhere to statutory and organisational Health & Safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience within the security sector, ideally within corporate or financial services environments.
• Current SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision), with CCTV PSS preferred.
