Role Overview

We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC Bias) who will manage a team of engineers from all trades, be responsible for workload related to mechanical and HVAC on site, and carry out works to the highest standard of customer service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day supervision of a team of technicians, sub‑contractors and specialists attending the client's premises.
  • Provide support to the Contract Manager in efficient use of labour and materials.
  • Work with the Service Desk to ensure planned maintenance and reactive works meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure all required certification is in place and remedials are captured.
  • Complete TBTs and staff briefings.
  • Ensure sub‑contractors operate to highest safety standards.

Main Duties

  • Ensure self and team follow Health and Safety procedures.
  • Work with Contract Manager to ensure operatives are qualified and appointed.
  • Complete tasks to highest customer service standards, on time and within budget.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and people management.
  • Build effective client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for additional works.
  • Ensure statutory certification is recorded and manage sub‑contractors.
  • Complete documentation accurately.
  • Comply with company policies and attend training.
  • Be part of the call‑out rota for 24/7 support.
