Role Overview

We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC Bias) who will manage a team of engineers from all trades, be responsible for workload related to mechanical and HVAC on site, and carry out works to the highest standard of customer service.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with the day‑to‑day supervision of a team of technicians, sub‑contractors and specialists attending the client's premises.
- Provide support to the Contract Manager in efficient use of labour and materials.
- Work with the Service Desk to ensure planned maintenance and reactive works meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure all required certification is in place and remedials are captured.
- Complete TBTs and staff briefings.
- Ensure sub‑contractors operate to highest safety standards.
Main Duties
- Ensure self and team follow Health and Safety procedures.
- Work with Contract Manager to ensure operatives are qualified and appointed.
- Complete tasks to highest customer service standards, on time and within budget.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and people management.
- Build effective client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for additional works.
- Ensure statutory certification is recorded and manage sub‑contractors.
- Complete documentation accurately.
- Comply with company policies and attend training.
- Be part of the call‑out rota for 24/7 support.
