Role Overview

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Cleaning & Hygiene Contract Manager to join our team at Pladis Harlesden, Waxlow Road, Harlesden, NW10 7NY. You will report to the Operations Manager and manage a team of around 30 colleagues, ensuring all cleaning activities are carried out effectively while maintaining high standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all machinery, equipment, and work areas are cleaned to strict food hygiene standards.
• Lead and support a team of cleaning colleagues.
• Demonstrate and monitor correct methods for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling machines.
• Support the Operations Manager in safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience cleaning machinery and production equipment in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Knowledge of safe chemical use and cleaning procedures.
