Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join the team in Crawley. This role involves acting as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will support all areas of Front of House, including reception, meeting room management, visitor hosting, and hospitality requests. Must be able to gain SC clearance and hold a valid UK passport.

Main Duties

  • Act as first point of contact at the Crawley site
  • Support Front of House: Reception, Meeting Room & Floor Management, Administration, Hosting visitors, Escorting duties, and hospitality/refreshment requests
  • Liaise with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] FM and Key Stakeholders daily
  • Ensure meeting room setup, presentation equipment and content are available
  • Organise and communicate details for key meetings and special events
  • Engage with the team to identify meeting requirements and coordinate with catering
  • Ensure sign-in/out processes and visitor pass issuance
  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience for all visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance
  • Collate visit feedback and act upon it
  • Support Site & Logistics Manager in facilities management issues
  • Build professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Attend training as required
  • Handle guest complaints and provide solutions
  • Maintain immaculate appearance and be the 'go-to' customer experience contact
  • Acquire knowledge of all on-site services
  • Work to and update standard operating procedures
  • Ensure meeting and event spaces are set to standard with daily checks
  • Work with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] FM and cleaning team to raise issues
  • Coordinate with catering company for hospitality orders
  • Notify Crawley Site Lead and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] FM of accidents/incidents
  • Provide operational support for internal events
  • Review procedures and suggest improvements
  • Ensure compliance with COVID-19 processes
