Job Description

As an Apprentice Workforce Management Analyst, you'll support the Customer Operations team to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You'll use data to make smart decisions, plan resources, and keep service running smoothly. This is an 18-month Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn essential skills to contribute to team efficiency, including resource management, documentation, and system management.
- Work with the Workforce Manager to plan and track resources across the team.
- Support the team to respond to day-to-day changes like unplanned absences or operational incidents.
- Help forecast staff needs for projects, service reviews, and operational planning. Create reports and share insights.
- Communicate with colleagues across different teams to help everyone understand staffing needs.
- Spot issues with workforce tools or processes and raise them so the team can act quickly.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships through effective communication.
- Work alongside a mentor to gain hands-on experience supporting various administration functions.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in data, planning, and business operations.
- Ability to think logically, solve problems, and spot opportunities for improvement.

- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades 4-9 or equivalent) or Scottish National 5 certificates (Grades A-C).
