Job Overview

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows and glass surfaces around the commercial premises of Bluewater Shopping Centre, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety at all times.

Main Duties

• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces (internal and external)
• Use appropriate tools such as squeegees, water-fed poles, ladders, or access equipment
• Remove dirt, grime, and stains safely and effectively
• Follow health & safety procedures, especially when working at height
• Inspect windows for damage and report any issues
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working order
• Provide excellent customer service when on-site

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or window cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work at height and in various weather conditions
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Knowledge of health & safety practices
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Skills

• Time management and reliability
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
