As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining various fire and sometimes security systems to ensure their optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Delivering a high level of service to our customers
- Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Working independently and as part of a team as required
Who We're Looking For
- Direct experience in a similar role is not essential - we will give you the tools and skills to succeed!
- Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training
- Someone who is proficient in problem-solving
- Have a full, clean UK driving license
- Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required
- Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
