Cleaner

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Cleaner to deliver excellent service standards at McVitie's in Carlisle. Responsibilities include cleaning, equipment maintenance, meeting SLAs, and following health and safety requirements.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
  • Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
  • Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work at height is required

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
  • Experience in working at height
