Employment: Full-time

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the organisation and maximising collection opportunities in each product category of imperfect product
  • Collaborate effectively and escalate potential risks to key stakeholders
  • Deliver documented reports on waste stream progress on a weekly basis to key stakeholders
  • Cover multiple waste streams across the site including card, plastic, animal feed, R1 Reduce, R2 Reuse and R3 Recycle (this list is not exhaustive)
  • Travel between pladis sites as required

Required Qualifications

applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

  • Effective at building relationships and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team towards a common goal
  • Logical mind with a strong eye for detail and an organised approach
  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis, advanced formula creation, pivot tables and generating weekly and monthly reports
  • Proactive, good communicator and able to work independently with minimal supervision
