Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for senior clients, ensuring all service delivery issues are effectively managed and resolved
  • Take full ownership of QSHE compliance, ensuring statutory, health, safety and environmental requirements are met and records are maintained
  • Lead and motivate on‑site teams, driving engagement, performance and a high standard of service delivery
  • Manage financial and budgetary control, ensuring contracts operate within agreed budgets and achieve financial targets
  • Oversee business continuity, incident management, energy management and the coordination of audits, reporting and management information

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing both hard and soft Facilities Management services across multi‑site operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior clients
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using CAFM systems and management information reporting
  • Operational experience in managing large, diverse teams and multiple workloads in a fast‑paced environment
  • IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable
