About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we bring out the best in places. We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
• Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
• Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
• Report site hazards and relevant information to management
• Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required

What We're Looking For

• Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
• Good understanding of smartphone technology
• Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
• PA1 & PA6 spraying license is a plus
• Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
