Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for full HVAC system maintenance.
• Competent in working on both single and three phase electrical circuits.
• Maintain a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, inverters, building management systems and lighting circuits.
• Carry out reactive service work and make systems safe.
• Carry out proactive planned service work.
• Complete work-related documentation accurately.
• Operate and update works using PDA and Service Desk systems.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Participate in Out of Hours on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

• Recognised mechanical or HVAC qualifications (NVQ Level 2 & 3 minimum).
• Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 2 & 3 minimum).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to gain full SC Clearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
