Job Overview

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes. Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract. To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Main Duties

  • Operations: Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. Complete tasks as per Assignment Instructions. Proactively review changes. Maintain SIA licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision plus CCTV PSS SIA Licence. Comply with safety requirements. Work systematically.
  • Training: Complete all required competency training. Undertake additional training for self-development. Use technology for work objectives. Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
  • Security and Health & Safety: Report hazards. Stay alert to threats. Use initiative in difficult situations. Maintain professional conduct. Complete accurate incident reports. Ensure check calls at allocated times. Call emergency services and Communication Centre.

  • Previous Security Experience
  • SIA License DS / CCTV
  • Valid drivers licence
