Job Description
Are you a Nurse or Paramedic looking for a new direction? We are seeking a Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional to work alongside the Police in custody suites caring for detainees. You will provide gold standard care, assess fitness for detention, administer medications, collect forensic samples, and work with local Liaison and Diversion teams. No previous forensic experience required – full training provided.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) or Paramedic with 2 years post qualification experience
- HCPC/NMC registration (required)
- Full driving licence (required)
- UK resident for 3+ years with no gaps over 3 months
- Willingness to undergo Police Vetting
- Flexibility to work across assigned region in Police Custody Suites
