Role Responsibilities

• Carry out filling and repairs to internal and external building fabric across the client's portfolio to the highest standards
• Complete internal and external redecoration works, applying a variety of products and paint finishes
• Erect access equipment as required, with appropriate training and all necessary access plant and temporary screening to protect the environment and people
• Monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensuring works are completed within approved budgets
• Ensure all painting and decorating equipment is effectively utilised, maintained, cleaned, and reused

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Painter and Decorator carrying out internal and external painting, preparation works, and minor repairs
• Recognised qualification of NVQ Level 2 as a minimum
• A recognised apprenticeship is advantageous but not essential
