FULL DESCRIPTION

Multi Skilled Operative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Multi Skilled Operative in Worthing to deliver varying fabric repairs and small project tasks covering a range of building trades. Hours: 40 hrs/week. Location: Worthing, BN14 8PB.

Role Responsibilities

General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, including carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs. Painting and decorating (as and when required) Flooring repairs to include hard flooring, and carpet tiles.
Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs. Basic plastering for making good damaged walls. Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
Fire Door inspections and repairs.

Required Qualifications

Skilled operative qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, joinery or plumbing.
IT knowledge
